Overview
A new house, and our Victorian team right here
Pacific Community Care has Supported Independent Living rooms available in a modern four-bedroom home on Tatarian Road, in one of Sunbury’s newer estates in Melbourne’s north-west. The house was built in the last few years, so everything in it is current: open-plan living, built-in robes in every bedroom, two bathrooms and a double garage on a low-maintenance 350 square metre block.
The thing that sets this home apart is proximity. Our Victorian operations are based in Sunbury, which means coordinators and senior staff are close by rather than an hour away. Rostering gaps get covered faster, and issues get dealt with in person.
Support workers are on site around the clock. The estate is quiet and residential, and Sunbury’s town centre, station and shops are about ten minutes away by car. We run transport to appointments, day programs and community activities as part of the support.
