Our Story

Built around one simple promise.

Pacific Community Care was established by a team with deep personal and professional experience in disability support. We saw a sector where participants were too often treated as funding packages rather than people — and we set out to do it differently.

Starting in Hobart, we have grown into Melbourne and continue to expand — always with the same commitment: that every person we support receives the care we would want for our own families.

Our team includes support workers, registered nurses, support coordinators, and allied health professionals — all united by a shared belief that disability support, done right, changes lives.
