Yes. Pacific Community Care work with participants who are either self-managing their NDIS plan or who have a plan manager in place. We are not able to provide services to participants whose plans are NDIA-managed (agency-managed), as those arrangements require a registered provider.
Pacific Community Care can work with participants who are self-managed or plan-managed. We are not able to support participants whose plans are NDIA-managed.
Every worker is carefully screened, trained, and matched to each participant based on goals, personality, culture, and language.
Yes. We have a multilingual team and make every effort to match based on language and cultural background.
