15/15 Morrison Street, Brighton, Tas

Overview

A brand new unit, a fenced yard, and nobody else's routine

This is a modern self-contained unit on Morrison Street, Brighton, about 26 kilometres north of Hobart. Ninety square metres of open-plan living on a 330 square metre block, with a fully fenced private courtyard, a deck, a garden shed and a remote-controlled garage.

We offer it as a home for one person. The main bedroom is yours; the second bedroom is the support worker’s overnight room. Your own kitchen, your own bathroom, your own front door with someone there through the night if you need them.

Two things make it stand out. It is warm: reverse-cycle air conditioning, split-system heating and a 6.5-star energy rating, which matters more than it sounds when you are managing a power bill on a pension through a Tasmanian winter. And it is genuinely private, fully fenced, with an alarm system and a yard nobody walks through to get anywhere else.

NOTE: Brighton is further from Hobart than our other Tasmanian homes. If you rely on frequent buses or have appointments in the city most days, ask us about Goodwood or Austins Ferry instead.
