Complex Care โ Expert Support When It Matters Most
Specialist-trained teams, participant-specific protocols, and a genuine commitment to safe, skilled, consistent delivery โ for participants whose needs go beyond standard support.
About Complex Care
Highly skilled support for highly complex needs
Some people need more than standard personal care โ they need specialist-trained workers who understand specific clinical procedures, complex behaviours, and the stakes involved when things are not done correctly.
Pacific Community Care trains every worker specifically for each participant before they ever start, and maintains thorough documentation, allied health coordination, and a trained relief pool as standard.
Understanding the Support
What is complex care and high-intensity support?
High-intensity daily activities are formally distinguished from standard daily personal activities in the NDIS because of the elevated skill, training, and clinical oversight they require.
Pacific Community Care takes this distinction seriously. Every complex care participant receives a participant-specific care protocol developed with their allied health team โ and every worker is trained and assessed in that protocol before commencing.
Who is this for?

- People with acquired brain injuries requiring rehabilitation-aligned support
- Participants with behaviours of concern who have a current PBS plan
- Individuals with progressive neurological conditions such as MS, MND, or Huntington's disease
