Pacific Community Care has Supported Independent Living rooms available at Austins Ferry, in Hobart’s northern suburbs. The home sits on a quiet court off Main Road, roughly fifteen minutes from the Hobart CBD and a few minutes from Claremont’s shops, medical services and the Derwent foreshore.
Support workers are on site around the clock, including active overnight support. It is a settled household rather than a busy one; residents keep their own routines, cook their own meals where they want to, and have a say in who joins them.
