How to Make the Switch

Contact the NDIS or your Local Area Coordinator (LAC)
Let them know you want to change your plan management type. -
Request a “Light Touch Review”
This is a quick review where only your funding management method is updated — your goals and budget stay the same. -
Choose a Plan Manager
Once approved, you’ll need to nominate a registered Plan Management provider — like Pacific Community Care — to start managing your invoices and payments.
