About the role

Support workers assist participants with a range of daily living tasks, which may include:

• Personal care
• Community access and transport
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with routines at home
• Social and recreational activities
• Prompting with medication (as directed)

What we look for

• Experience in disability or aged care
• A genuine, respectful approach to support
• Good communication and record-keeping skills
• The ability to work independently with reliability and professionalism

Required documentation

To be considered, please ensure you hold:

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check (if applicable)
• First Aid and CPR (current)
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate or immunisation record
